Richie Sambora: DUI With Daughter in Car!
Bon Jovi guitarist and Heather Locklear ex, Richie Sambora, was arrested Tuesday night around 11pm when his black Hummer was seen swerving in and out of traffic. In the car with Sambora was his 8-year-old daughter Ava, another minor and an unidentified adult female. The other adult is believed to be a nanny and was instructed to drive Ava home after her father was arrested. Sambora was in rehab twice last year for problems with drugs and alcohol and it looks as though he will be headed back. At his court date on May 7th, he faces a single count of driving under the influence and is also expected to be charged endangering the lives of minor children. Spokesfolks for Sambora, his band and Locklear all declined comment Wednesday.

Trainwreck of the past few years, Ms. Britney Spears, is seemingly finding a way back to a normal life at last. After her appearance Monday on How I Met Your Mother, rumor is that Brit did such a good job that CBS wants to do a spin off sitcom that will feature the pop star. Britney has also reportedly been offered the lead role in an upcoming production of A Streetcar Named Desire on Britain’s West End Theater District. “Britney’s been on the list for this for some time but was considered too risky until recently,” an insider spills to the British tabs. “Her appearance in the American TV?show How I Met Your Mother changed all that. She had poise, timing and a real flair.”

Kimora Lee Simmons: Divorces Husband and is Pregnant
Kimora Lee Simmons,32, has officially filed divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences, from her husband hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons. Russell filed for divorce in March 2006 but in an August 2007 issue of OK! Magazine Kimora said that they were not divorced yet and “who knows” what will happen. Kimora has been dating actor Djimon Hounsou and is now rumored to be pregnant with his baby. Kimora has two kids with ex Russell, Ming Lee, 8, and Aoki Lee, 5 and is seeking legal and physical custody of the children, but requested that Russell be granted “reasonable child visitation … accompanied at all times by the children’s nanny and security personnel.” Russell has been dating model Porschla Coleman and Kimora has voiced problems with her especially in regards to the two of them with her children. I guess we will soon see if that baby makes her phat…..haha. You know it was funny.
