John McCain: “Celebrity Obama” Ad
John McCain has released an attack ad against his competition Barack Obama and calls him the “biggest celebrity in the world”- but McCain isn’t paying Obama a compliment.
The very beginning shows flashes of Paris Hilton and Britney Spears and while I hope Obama won’t choose them for his cabinet, it doesn’t seem like the worst comparison in the world.

Ludacris’ Obama Song: “Politics” Video
Ludacris has released this video with the song “Politics” written about the Democratic nominee Barack Obama. The two met in 2006 and apparently Luda has now appointed himself campaign song manager.
The only problem is the song lashes out a tad bit at fellow nominee John McCain and also Hilary Clinton so Obama’s people were quick to denounce the song.
“As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism, and degrading images that he doesn’t want his daughters or any children exposed to.
This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain, and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with the values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics.”

Amy Winehouse: Quick Hospital Stay
The sad tragic case that is Amy Winehouse was in for a quick stay at the hospital last night because of a “medication reaction.”
Yeah, crack probably doesn’t mix that well with any medications.
The singer was admitted to the University College Hospital for a “comfortable night” and was released around 9:45 this morning.
Her rep had this to say in explanation for the hospital stay. “She was taking a new (medication) as part of her anti-drug treatment program. And it was an adverse reaction to that new drug. You have to try different things but unfortunately this was not the right one.”
Whatever. This guy is just making crap up now.

Ryan Seacrest: Shark Bite
Ryan Seacrest was savagely ripped about by a shark over the weekend.
Oh wait, that’s what I wish would have happened.
What really happened? He was at a beach in Mexico on Sunday and said he was about 8 feet out in water about 4 feet deep. He felt something swim by and get this, thought it was a stick.
It was really a shark who chomped on his leg before swimming away. According to Page Six, he barely even noticed.
“He didn’t know what it was for a minute - he thought it was a stick,” said one spy. “He had no time to be scared. He saw it swim away, he got out, took aspirin and called it a day.”
Apparently he later found a shark tooth in his leg which he hung next to the knife that stabbed him last week.
Really? It seems so calm. He didn’t scream like a little girl, yell “shark!” and cause pandemonium on the beach? I guess that’s just what I would have done.
