The rumors are now in full swing about Lauren Conrad and boyfriend Kyle Howard being newly engaged. The couple has been dating for more than two years and sources claim they have a stable and solid relationship. The newest rumor is that the couple is secretly engaged.
Conrad has been spotted looking at rings but allegedly trying to keep it a secret so she can do the big reveal on her new MTV show.
Turns out, the 24 year old star is NOT engaged. Besides, the reality show would be a strange place to reveal she is engaged. Looks like the only thing she will be revealing is the prepartion of launching her new fashion line.
CBS will lose millions of dollars on Two and a Half Men
As Charlie Sheen attends rehab, CBS’s Two and a Half Men is completely at a loss. Reportedly, the network stands to lose millions because they will not finish the show without Charlie. If the show permanently shuts down production they could potentially lose $250 million in syndication alone. Not counting ads, which last season made $155 million.
That is how Sheen’s rehab is affecting CBS, but what about the people who stand to lose their jobs because of this?
Brittany Murphy’s home goes on auction block.
According to sources, former actress Brittany Murphy’s home originally was going on the auction block this morning at 10:30 a.m. at the courthouse in Pomona, CA. Reportedly, the auction has been postponed due to the fact that Murphy’s mom Sharon has asked for extra time so she can get the stuff out of the house on her own.
Reportedly, the 8,000 square foot home, which is on 1.29 acres is in foreclosure. The amount that is currently owed on the property is $4,035,666.92 and will be back on the auction block in two weeks.
Tila Tequila’s new porn is leaked on the internet.
Reportedly, Vivid Entertainment owned the rights to a new sex tape made by Tila Tequila that some how has leaked out. Last week, some of the footage made its way to a website last week. Allegedly, the footage was stolen by someone at their company. Vivid sent a letter to the website asking them to take the footage off their site.
Tequila made a guest apprearance on the sitcom “$#*! My Dad Says” just last week. This will start her 2011 off on the right foot, which is starting out better than 2010 went [when she reportedly tried to kill herself].
“Last year, I was going through a really tough time,” Tila told sources, “I have my doctor and my therapist and throughout all of last year I went constantly. I got sober. I want to cover up more and I don’t want to show too much cleavage. I feel like an adult now. I feel like a woman. The girl last year… I feel like that girl is so far away. I feel like she’s dead.”
Alan Tudyk, actor from “Dodgeball” was arrested for DUI on Sunday.
Actor Alan Tudyk, who starred in “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story” and comedy “Death at a Funeral,” was pulled over for speeding (40 in a 25 mph zone) at about 1 am on Sunday. Tudyk was driving a silver Land Cruiser, which is owned by a friend. Reportedly, California Highway Patrol arrested the actor for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Tudyk lives in Los Angeles, but was visiting the area and reportedly told the arresting officer he had a few beers. The actor declined the breath test, but failed the sobriety test, according to the officer.
A female, who was the passenger in the vehicle, who was sober, drove after the arrest. Tudyk’s blood alcohol level is pending.
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are officially divorced.
Sources confirm that Eva Longoria, 35, and Tony Parker, 28, are officially divored. A court in Texas finalized their divorce on Friday ending their three year marriage. San Antonio Spurs star, Parker filed in November, 2010 and Longoria filed in California.
Reportedly, Longoria filed first citing “irreconcilable differences.” Parker claimed a few days later when he filed, that the marriage had become “insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities”.
As the news of the divorce being filed were coming to light, so were the rumors of Parker sending text messages back and forth with Erin Barry, wife of former teammate Brent Barry. The rumors were denied by both Parker and Barry.
The ex-couple got married in France in July, 2007 after meeting in the Spurs locker room in November, 2004.
Rumors swirl about possible engagement of Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy
It has been rumored that Kate Hudson and Muse frontman Matt Bellamy are now engaged. This news is on the heels of Hudson’s pregnancy [14 weeks]. It is believed that Hudson and Bellamy had a secret engagement party at a London hoten on January 24.
Hudson’s mother, actress Goldie Hawn, was reportedly in attendance. Hawn recently told sources that she is excited about Hudson’s news of being pregnant saying, “we’re just all very happy … happy for them both.” Bellamy reportedly met Hudson’s parents, Goldie Hawn and her partner, actor Kurt Russell over Christmas.
Sources say, “it was an intimate party. They kept their engagement secret as they wanted to celebrate with their nearest and dearest before it became public knowledge.”
The couple has been dating for 9 months. Bellamy reportedly has said that his band Muse was all planning to make London their permanant homes saying, “it’ll be the first time we’re all going to be in the same place since we were much younger… maybe in summer we’ll start getting into rehearsing and writing.”
Will Ferrell will make guest appearance on “The Office”
Actor Will Ferrell is schedule to guest star as a branch manager, Dunder Mifflin, in “The Office”. NBC did not specify just how many episodes the funnyman would appear in. Steve Carell has said that he would not be returning after this season of the show.
“We found Steve Carell when he was nothing but a movie star and we turned him into a television star,” said “The Office” executive producer Paul Lieberstein. “We are proud to continue ‘The Office’s’ tradition of discovering famous talent, and we hope that once America gets a good look at Will, they’ll see what we see: tremendous raw sexuality.”
Other members of the cast of “The Office” are excited about Farrell joining them.
Cheryl Burke was abused as a child and as a young adult
Cheryl Burke who is one of the professionals on Dancing with the Stars, is not ashamed of what she has been through in her life. The two time champion of DWTS told sources that she was molested as a child and, in her younger years, was in two physically abusive relationships.
Burke is set to release her new book Dancing Lessons, which was co-authored by PEOPLE senior writer Monica Rizzo, and will be a detail of her life story.
“I’m telling my story,” said Burke. “They’re not secrets. There’s no shame.”
According to the source Burke was assaulted beginning at age 5. The mailman, who she trusted, would pick her up from school at times and do odd jobs around her home. Burke revealed that she testified against the man and help send him to jail for 20 years. She went on to say, “if I can help just one person, for me that’s all that matters.”
Willow Smith to star in “Annie”
Willow Smith became a sensation, at the age of 9, with her song “Whip My Hair”. Now, Sony Pictures has confirmed that they are doing a remake of the file “Annie” and Willow will be the star. The president of Sony said, “The time is right to bring back “Annie” to the big screen. Of course, we’re true believers in Willow’s talent and believe she will be perfect in this role”. Of course she is very talented, just look at the gene pool; her dad Will Smith is a singer and actor and mom Jada Pinkett Smith is also a talented actress.
Will starred with Jaden in “The Pursuit Of Happyness,” and both members of the Smith family did a fantastic job. We will look forward to seeing what they have in store for us with “Annie”.
