Amber Arpaio: Suing Ashley Dupre

So remember that call girl chick Ashley Dupre that got Elliot Spizter in a bunch of trouble a while back? Well now Dupre is being sued for showing a stolen driver’s license in a film clip taped in 2003 for “Girls Gone Wild” that “proved” that she was over 18. (She was 17 at the time.)

The owner of that driver’s license, Amber Arpaio, is now suing Dupre and “Girls Gone Wild” boss Joe Francis for stealing her identity as well as invasion of privacy and defamation.

Arpaio is understandably not too pleased that her name is now linked to this scandal and “Girls Gone Wild” footage. She says she lost her license while visiting the Jersey Shore several years ago and thought nothing of it until friends told her about the video on the internet.

On the one side, her name is blocked pretty well by glare but still, her address is visible and seeing your face connected with “Girls Gone Wild” has to be a bit disconcerting.
