Andy Dick gets beat up at Laugh Factory
Comedian Jon Lovitz was at the Laugh Factory last week when he had a run in with Andy Dick. Andy Dick supposedly made a comment about the murder of Lovitz’ SNL friend, Phil Hartman. This upset Jon because last year Andy Dick went up to him and, according to Lovitz, “looked at me and said, ‘I put the “Phil Hartman hex” on you - you’re the next one to die.’ I said, ‘What did you say?’ and he repeated it. I wanted to punch his face in, but I don’t hit women.” So when the two ran into each other last week, Jon expecting an apology, never got one and then beat the crap out of nasal nosed Andy Dick.
Page 6 reports:”Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada, who witnessed the assault, said, “Jon picked Andy up by the head and smashed him into the bar four or five times, and blood started pouring out of his nose.” Lovitz told Page Six, “All the comedians are glad I did it because this guy is a [bleep]hole.”
That’s funny, he deserved to get beat up for being such a jerk. How rude do you have to be to go up to someone and crack on their dead friend? Andy was lucky for not getting beat up the first time around.
