Andy Garcia stole her husband’s life
Actor Andy Garcia filmed a movie called, “The Lost City” in which he “plays a nightclub owner who flees the Caribbean island after Castro assumes power.”
A woman from California is now suing Andy for 2.5 million dollars because Andy supposedly used the story of her husband’s life without consent. Eddie “Shu” Shulman life (her husband) was in fact what the movie was based off of. Eddie was a saxophone player who was exiled for “freedom of expression after Castro took over.”
The actual charge in this case is, “research without permission and marketing of life’s events for profit without consent.”
He should have known that was going to happen now that everyone is sue happy these days.
