Ashlee Simpson: Welcomes Baby Boy

After talks of possibly inducing, Ashlee Simpson finally gave birth to a son on Thursday night.

The couple named their baby boy Bronx Mowgli Wentz and he weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long.

“Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” says a spokesperson for the couple.

This will most likely be the first of many children for the couple because Ashlee reportedly said, “I would love to have a big family one day” and her husband Pete Wentz added, “A big soccer team or a band!”

We’ll see how long it takes for Bronx to start rockin’ out like mom and dad!
