Rihanna wins Pop Artist of the Year

The Def Jam recording artist has been named Billboard’s #1 Pop Artist of the year, according to MSNBC.com. The “Good Girl Gone Bad” singer took home three American Music Awards and sold 11 million copies worldwide of her chart-toping album last year.
