BREAKING NEWS! Lohan Charged with DUI Among Other Things.
Lindsay Lohan was just charged with seven misdemeanor counts, including two counts of driving under the influence, two counts of driving with a blood alcohol of over .08 percent, 2 counts of being under the influence of cocaine and one count of reckless driving. No felony counts are being filed, as the DA says Lohan’s cocaine traces “were below the .05 grams required by office policy for felony filing.”
Lohan could face up to 4 day in the slammer. Will she have to serve? Probably not! But just in case, more details to come later. Stay tuned.
