Britney’s failed comeback

Last night was Britney’s hyped up performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. I think many people actually thought that she would make an awesome comeback after the many rumors of Criss Angel helping her with her performance.

Sadly, Britney did not bring it. The old Britney used to be confident, sexy, and down right ass-shakingly hot, last night was a far cry from that. She came out in a two-piece trashy looking lingerie get-up that showed her post baby body which was okay but not great. She could have had a different outfit on that accentuated her curves instead of her little poochy belly.

And it wasn’t the outfit that was the worst part or even the shitty extensions/wig thing she had going on. It was her performance and lack of confidence. I have never seen someone go out on stage looking so self-conscious like they didn’t belong. She wasn’t nsync with the music or the dancing. Sometimes she didn’t even try to lipsynch and was not feeling the dancing whatsoever. I felt mortified for her.

Luckily, her failed comeback was recovered by the banging performance of Chris Brown and his old-school Michael Jackson moves.
Better luck next time Britney.
