Britney’s upcoming performance

So we all know that Britney Spears is set to perform at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, and enlisted the help of Criss Angel. Sources are now saying that they know what tricks Britney will pull at the show.

“Britney will disappear and reappear several times during her super-hyped performance at the upcoming show, all courtesy of magic-freak Criss Angel. What’s more, her dancers will be harnessed for simulated flight,” says New York Daily News. Britney will also be the one that will close the show. Word has it that she will sing a medlee of songs, not just her new one, “Gimme more”.

I like the whole Britney disappearing thing, but I don’t think she needs to reappear. It’s not like she’s going to be actually singing the song. If you’re doing magic tricks during your performance it doesn’t actually count as singing. But I’m sure that she’ll do plenty of ass shaking and jiggling to make up for her lack of vocal talents.
