Brooke and Hulk Hogan: Reconciled

In an awkward situation that sounds like a made-for-TV movie, ex-wrestler Hulk Hogan has had an affair with his nineteen-year-old daughter, Brooke’s, good friend. Granted, this friend is 33-years-old and not as weird as if she had been the same age as Brooke, it’s still pretty uncool. Christiane Plante worked with Brooke on her CD in 2006 and claims the affair took place in 2007 while the family was shooting VH1’s “Hogan Knows Best.” I can’t even imagine if my dad…..sorry I can’t even finish that. I think I threw up a little bit just then. No offense dad. Christiane told the National Enquirer, “My relationship with Terry began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong. Having felt the guilt and pain build up, I gave a note to Brooke apologizing for my actions. I will never be able to fully forgive myself for this. I have lost an amazing friend.” Luckily, all is well in Hogan-ville because Brooke has forgiven her father for this affair and is no longer estranged from him. So my question is, what exactly does Hogan know best about? Clearly marriage and father-daughter relationships are not at the top of the list.
