Is Adam Sandler Cheating On His Wife?

Written by David Linebreak

Adam Sandler Poker

Check out this blind item from Crazy Days and Nights:

How about if you are a very big star. Very recognizable. A list. In fact A+ list actor. Huge films, huge star, and very married. How about if you are having an affair. Maybe you go over to her place or you meet somewhere, and people never see you together so it’s good. So what happens when she gets a little antsy and wants to go to dinner with our huge comic actor. He says fine, but not in LA. So maybe they take a little drive out towards Santa Barbara. Things are good. They eat, she’s happy, and they come back. Maybe on the way back they get into an accident. A bad accident. Our actor and date aren’t hurt, but the other driver is very badly shaken up and when he recognizes the actor, here comes the pain. With the pain comes the ambulance and the policeman who starts taking names and witness names and who was in each vehicle. Now what if our actor had told the Mrs. that he was going to play some poker with some friends over in Silverlake, not all the way out here in Santa Barbara. The accident is easy to explain. The location, the ticket our actor received and the police report with passenger name. Big trouble. So far the actor has kept it secret but it has only been four days. Four very long days. Let’s see how much longer this will stay a secret.

Not too many A listers this would fit, and the commenters over there seem to have narrowed it down to Ben Stiller, Will Smith, Will Ferrel, or Adam Sandler, but I’m going with Sandler.

I’m sure we’ll see this on TMZ by next week at the latest.

Who Would You Rather?

Written by Ty Linebreak

Sandler and Broderick

While Broderick is looking a little more doughy than Sandler- I choose him anyway simply because his movie credits don’t include “I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry.”

Mini Biography

Adam Sandler was born on September 9, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York, to Judy and Stanley Sandler. At 17 he took his first step towards becoming a stand-up comedian when he spontaneously took the stage at a Boston comedy club. He found he was a natural comic. He nurtured his talent while at New York University (graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1991) by performing regularly in clubs and at universities. During his freshman year he snagged a recurring role as the Huxtable family's friend Smitty on "The Cosby Show" (1984). While working at a comedy club in L.A., he was "discovered" by Dennis Miller, who recommended him to "Saturday Night Live" (1975) producer Lorne Michaels and told him that Sandler had a big talent. This led to his being cast in the show in 1990, which he also wrote for in addition to performing in. After "Saturday Night Live" (1975) Sandler went on to the movies, starring in such hit comedies as Airheads (1994), Happy Gilmore (1996), Billy Madison (1995) and Big Daddy (1999/I). He has also starred in Mr. Deeds (2002) alongside Winona Ryder; Eight Crazy Nights (2002), an animated movie about the Jewish festival of Chanukah; and Punch-Drunk Love (2002). He also writes and produces many of his own films, and has composed songs for several of them, including The Wedding Singer (1998). Sandler has had several of his songs placed on the "Billboard" charts, including the classic "The Chanukah Song".
