In a joint statement made by Brooke Mueller’s attorney and Charlie Sheen’s friend and the Two and a Half Men executive produce, Yale Galanter, they clarified the couples current relationship: “They are not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated…..there has been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false.” Yale went on to tell People Magazine, “This is a difficult time and they need space to see if they can work things out or not.”
