Charlie Sheen to Spend 1 Month in Jail

Apparently Charlie Sheen has struck a deal in which he will plead guilty to one misdemeanor count related to the Christmas Day debacle between him and wife, Brooke Mueller. Furthermore, it is expected he will receive 30 days in jail. Sheen’s attorney’s are still trying to get the judge to grant him smoking privileges while in jail. Sheen was facing one felony count of menacing, a misdemeanor count of assault in the third degree and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.
