Christie Brinkley: Files Restraining Order Against Ex

Christie Brinkley filed a restraining order against her ex Peter Cook on Wednesday to prevent their children from catching a glimpse of Cook’s 20/20 interview where he reveals inside details about his marriage.

While the restraining order was denied, Brinkley’s attorney Robert Stephan Cohen did say that Cook was ordered to not allow the children to view his interview with Barbara Walters which will air Friday on ABC.

Cook chats to Walters about the affair with his 18-year-old assistant and his pornography habit although he says that he’s not as big of a pervert as news reports made him out to be.

Is this really necessary? Their 13 and 10 year-olds are interested in 20/20? Unless their dad is on the Disney Channel, it hardly seems like an issue.
