Cynthia Rodriguez: Officially Files For Divorce
Cynthia Rodriguez officially filed for divorce from her husband of six years, Alex Rodriguez first thing this morning and cited infidelity as the reason.
Cynthia stood by her man through previous reports of his cheating but the latest rumors that involved Madonna finally pushed her to end their union.
The divorce petition states, “Alex has emotionally abandoned his wife and children, and has left her with no choice but to divorce him.” It goes on to state that the marriage is “irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct.”
Cynthia is seeking to be named primary residential parent with shared custody of their two daughters Natasha, 3, and Ella, 3 months. She is also wants the $12 million Coral Cables house, alimony, life and health insurance, private school tuition, and equitable distribution of assets.
