Danica Patrick: First Woman to Win Indy Car Race

Danica Patrick has jumped into the record books by being the first woman to win an Indy Car race and she looks quite good doing it.

She won the Japan 300 Sunday finishing 5.8594 seconds of pole sitter Helio Castroneves after a strategic fueling situation allowed her to race ahead when her opponents needed a pit stop.The 26-year-old Patrick won in her 50th career IndyCar start, taking the led from Castroneves on 198th lap in the 200-lap race.
