Dylan McDermott: To Divorce Wife

Dylan McDermott, best known for his role on “The Practice,” has filed for divorce on May 16.

McDermott, 46, has been married to Shiva Rose, 39, for the past 12 years and the couple have two daughters, Collete, 12, and Charlotte, 2.

They have been separated since March 2007 and the divorce papers cite “irreconcilable differences” as the reasoning for ending the marriage.

The actor who played a lawyer on “The Practice” will also act as his own lawyer in the proceedings. I guess if you walk the walk long enough you can also do it in real life.
