Ed McMahon: Broke
Johnny Carson’s former sidekick, Ed McMahon, wishes he had a big check to present to himself today as he faces being kicked out of his house.
McMahon, 85, is behind $644,000 on his mortgage loan payments and faces foreclosure on his $4.8 million dollar Beverly Hills home.
McMahon has been unable to work because he has been recovering from a broken neck for the last 18 months and although he’s trying to resolve the situation, it’s unclear if he will be able to remain in the home with his wife Pamela.
The house has been on the market for two years but the fact that Britney Spears lives down the street isn’t a good selling point since paparazzi are constantly around.
