Former bodyguard is the secret witness
Tony Barretto, a former bodyguard for Spears post-rehab and during the House of Blues debacle, is the secret witness that will appear in the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.
Tony filed a declaration in the case which alleges “nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab,” in regards to Spears irrational string of behavior.
Tony worked for Spears after rehab and was fired May 17th because,”He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat.”
Yesterday, Tony Barretto was prepared to testify under oath but “neither the court nor Britney’s attorneys chose to cross-examine him. She (Gloria Allred, Tony’s attorney) said his declaration went unrefuted and unchallenged.”
Spear’s has so many people against her it’s not even funny. I’m curious to see what she’ll say in her defense or what she dishes about Kevin. Supposedly he’s big into cocaine. But then again, who in Hollywood isn’t?
