Friends Reunion Flick: No Go
It was reported last week that following the success of the Sex and the City movie, the cast of Friends might be regrouping to make a big screen version of the hit show but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon.
Three of the six cast member’s reps denied the reunion.
“Nothing is happening in this regard,” said Matthew Perry’s rep in a statement. “The rumor is false.”
David Schwimmer’s publicist said, “there’s been no discussion about it.”
And Jennifer Aniston’s rep put the final nail in the coffin saying his client was unaware of any such project.
Bummer. It’s not like they could really sit at the coffee shop all day anymore anyways. Chandler and Monica have the twins in the suburbs, Phoebe’s a newlywed, Rachel and Ross are back together but probably will fight about being on a break again and Joey can’t handle everything changing.
Yeah good luck arranging a time to meet for coffee.
