Gary Coleman: Runs Over Pedestrian Colt Rushton
Yikes! Gary Coleman will get ya if you come after him for a picture!
Coleman, 40, was enjoying some bowling in Utah when fan Colt Rushton reportedly got a little bit too excited when taking pictures of the pint-sized Diff’rent Strokes actor.
According to a friend of Coleman’s, Ruston asked to take a picture of Coleman and his on-again, off-again wife Shannon Price-Coleman and while Coleman’s response was no, Rushton continued harassing the duo.
The two men exchanged words and then Coleman and his wife headed to the parking lot to leave. Rushton got a little more than he bargained for when he ran around Coleman’s truck and ended up getting knocked to the ground when Coleman was pulling out of his spot.
Rushton also says he was only trying to get back his cell phone from Shannon and that Coleman threw several punches at him before getting behind the wheel.
Rushton was treated for minor injuries and released from a local hospital.
Police continue to investigate the accident and believe alcohol may have played a part in the situation.
I guess getting hit by Gary Coleman’s car is a better story than having to say that Gary Coleman beat you up.
