This one seems pretty open and shut to me, but there seems to be no official comfirmation whether Blake Lively of Gossip Girl has had a boob job or not.
From certain recent pictures of the star, she seems more busty that she was at the start of Gossip Girl Season One.
She certainly looks from these pictures like her boobs are fake.

She’s totally had a boob and nose job! Leightons the star of the show!
In sister hood of the travelling pants, they were NOT that big! And it just seems weird that like the restof her body is like skinny and her boobs are massive. In sister hood, they werent nealy as big as they are now. ANd she has soooo got a nose job. But her nose still looks retarded lol. But i do love her, i just dont think she is that natrually pretty.
Ummm, no. She definitely hasn’t had one. It’s usually very easy to tell, and Blake looks au natural to me. And just because she didn’t have big boobs in Sisterhood doesn’t mean she can’t have them now. Have you ever heard of late blooming? Yeah, I’m still waitin’ for mine.
I think they’re real. She’s aways been busty, even in her first movie. She was only sixteen then so they could still be growing at that point. I also believe this mainly because there are pictures out there when she’s “unsupported” and they don’t look that big. Check this out:

That was taken a week ago. You can hardly see any cleavage. Unless she has discovered some magic implants that she can deflate and re-inflate at will, I’m inclined to think they’re real.
