Heather Locklear: Arrested On DUI Charges

Heather Locklear, 47, was arrested on Saturday afternoon in Santa Barbara after a resident called the cops because they saw her “driving erratically.”

The cops pulled her over and determined that she was under the influence of something so they took her to the station to test her for drugs and alcohol. Locklear was booked after the police determined that she was under the influence of prescription medication and she was later released from custody after paying $5,000 bail.

Locklear entered an Arizona rehab center in June and stayed for a month for anxiety and depression.
