Hilary Duff’s Dad: In Jail For 10 Days
Hilary Duff’s pop Bob will be spending 10 days behind bars after, get this, arguing with his estranged wife about Hilary’s 21st birthday party.
Mom says Dad should pay $25,000 for the affair while Dad says no way.
Meanwhile, Dad owes Mom $367,537 because he sold stocks without her consent which violated a court order and caused the judge to rule a sentence of 10 days in jail.
Mom says Dad going to jail isn’t what she wanted but when she called him a deadbeat on the stand, it kinda proved otherwise. Susan Duff says the $10,000 in monthly support she receives is “not even enough to pay my own bills” and she hopes to throw a huge bash for younger daughter Hilary which will be as good as Haylie’s in 2006.

The judge also ordered Bob Duff to fork over $12,500 for party and gift buying purposes. Geez, who’s going to even want to go a crappy $12,500 party?
