Hulk Hogan: Avoids Jail
Hulk Hogan will not be headed to jail because the judge has thrown out the contempt of court request that Linda Bollea filed against her ex-husband for not paying his share of the $4.2 million condo at The Palms in Las Vegas.
Bollea filed the request on June 13th and wanted Hogan to head to jail and join their 17-old-son Nick who is serving time for injuring a friend in a car wreck.
The judge decided that more information was needed before a decision could be made and since Bollea seems eager to make this divorce as messy as possible, I’m sure she’ll be gathering information as fast as she can.
Bollea filed for divorce from her husband of 24 years in November and has since been dating a 19-year-old classmate of her daughter Brooke.
