Is Miss Universe Australia too thin?
Miss Universe Australia finalist Stephanie Naumoska caused quite a stir on Thursday when she was selected to compete in Australia’s Miss Universe contest. Naumoska’s participation in the contest came as a bit of a shock, since the competition normally focuses on more “healthy, proportioned, bodies.”
At 5 ft. 11 inches, and only 108 lbs, Naumoska has body mas index of only 15.1, which according to some Australian health professionals classifies her as malnourished.
Namouska fired back at the press, saying, “I think it is very unfair that I have been criticized that I’m too skinny. I have never been anorexic or bulimic I don’t throw up my meals after I eat them I don’t starve myself, none of that. I eat six to eight healthy meals a day.”
Stephanie went on to say, “I have been modeling since I was 13 and have a lot of friends who are really tall and skinny. It is just the way that our bodies are.’’

10 to 1 she stopped menstruating long ago, classic anorexia/bulemia. Sad, and disgusting that anyone would glorify that body as socially attractive.
