Jamie Lynn Spears: Breastfeeding Pic Scandal
Jamie Lynn Spears has found herself in the middle of a new nipplegate scandal after pictures of her left boob were stolen.
So here’s the story: Spears’ baby daddy Casey Aldridge took the card from his digital camera to his local Walmart to print copies of pictures of Jamie Lynn and their daughter Maddie and in one of those pictures, Spears is breastfeeding and her left breast is exposed.
One of the Walmart associates thought it would be a good idea to make extra copies and is reportedly peddling 12 pictures to make a quick buck.
Well now not only are local authorities involved, but so are federal authorities because the pictures could violate child pornography laws. Selling pictures of a minor’s breast, even if it’s not sexual, could put the seller in federal prison. And the person that buys the pictures could be in trouble for purchasing stolen property.
The pictures also include one of big sis Britney holding her niece and Britney’s lawyers could be going after Walmart for the security breach.
Wal-Mart tells TMZ, “We saw the story on the wires and it’s news to us too. We’ll of course investigate what, if anything, has happened here.”
