The NFL has confirmed that Jennifer Hudson will perform The National Anthem at Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa, on Feb. 1.

Jennifer Hudson hasn’t appeared in public since her mother, brother, and 7-year-old nephew were murdered last fall.
