Jeremy Piven upstaged by his 2 year-old niece

jeremy.jpgIf you haven’t seen the hilarious short film clip with Will Ferell entitled “Landlord” on Funnyordie.com, you’re missing out. It is hilarious! That is, is you want to see Will Ferell get b*tched out by a 2 year-old for not paying the rent on time. And apparently that 2-year old was Jeremy Piven’s niece.

“Imagine how I feel,” says Piven, speaking to PEOPLE from London. “Suddenly I’m upstaged by my 2-year-old niece who’s 19 times funnier than I am and a much better actor. It’s overwhelming.”

Small world. And yes Jeremy, your niece is almost as funny as you but not quite. Give it a few years and she may give you a better run for your money.
