Jon and Kate were spotted together insider her home sparking rumors that they may be getting back together. Well, that’s false….Jon and Kate were together for the sextuplets 6th birthday, despite it not being his day to be with the little ones. Hmmmm, could they be getting some perspective here - that it should be about the kids and not them? Well, we can only hope.
