Kathy Hilton told People magazine that the hardest part of Paris being in jail was the scratchy linens.

“[it was so hard] seeing the rashes on her arms and face from the thin sheets.”

I always said they needed to pay more attention to thread count in those prison cells. Ignoring the anal rape between inmates is one thing, but chaffing? Unacceptable.
