Kelly Clarkson sets the record straight

kelly-clarkson-clive-davis-781.gif“I want to set the record straight on this by saying that I want my band, my advisors [sic], those close to me and my record label to be one big, tightly knit family,” Clarkson wrote. “Like any family we will disagree and argue sometimes but, in the end, it’s respect and admiration that will keep us together, “Contrary to recent characterizations in the press, I’m well aware that Clive is one of the great record men of all time.

And what Kelly is really talking about is when she told the press that, “I’m going to be real honest with you: I am not a fan [of Davis] … I do respect him, but I don’t want to barbecue with him. We don’t braid each other’s hair. And, despite the rumors, he is nowhere near a father figure.”

So yeah, suddenly she respects him now. Yeah, we totally buy that one Kelly. Good try mending the relationship though, we still know you think he’s an old geiser who has no taste in good music. And by good music you mean your’s. Which in that case Kelly YOUR wrong.

You really need a copyeditor if you’re going to compete with the other celeb sites. This post is embarrassing.

I don’t know what planet you’re from but Kelly Clarkson’s music is amazing.
Just because you suck doesn’t mean you have the right to criticize someone else.
