Larry Birkhead is suing
We all knew it was only a matter of time before Birkhead would announce that he is going to sue Rita Cosby’s ass off for her new tell-all book about him and Anna Nicole.
He claims the book is, “totally false and defamatory,” and belongs on “fiction shelves next to Harry Potter.” Larry is also frustrated that Rita never contacted him before trying to write the book or publish it to see if anything of her claims were true.
Well no duh, that’s the whole point. If she were to accurately investigate the real truth of the matter she probably wouldn’t have a book.
Cosby is claiming that Larry Birkhead bought the baby, Dannielynn, off of Howard K.Stern, and that he and Howard had an intimate relationship with one another. Supposedly, a nanny, or someone claims they walked in on the two while they were going at it. Yeah, real credible source. I highly doubt this nanny will destify in court once the trial begins.
