Larry Birkhead threatens to sue

Rita Cosby, a former CNBC news anchor is wanting to release a tell-all book she’s written about the former Anna Nicole Smith. In her book also details the custody battle over daughter Dannielynn in which Larry Birkhead allegedly bought Dannielynn off Howard K.Stern. (Why the f**k would he want to buy a baby?!?)

Birkhead told TMZ, “If that’s what’s in her book, then she’ll be sued. And on top of that, there will be other individuals sued over confidential information in my custody case.” Birkhead adds, “I’ll go after any media outlet that prints those lies from that book.”

Suing seems to be the way for these wannabe celebrities to make an easy couple of bucks. If he was smart he add in a couple of his own personal thoughts about the drugged up Anna into the book and make some extra money. Of course, this Cosby lady sounds like she’s full of it so I’d probably sue her ass too.
