Lindsay Lohan Likely to Only Serve 14 Days in Jail
Lindsay Lohan, 24, is currently serving time in jail for violating probation relating to her DUI case. She is spending time in a 12 X 8 jail cell but is alone….and apparently will only spend about 2 weeks in jail due to overcrowding issues. LA Sheriff spokesman, Steve Whitmore told People magazine, “She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior.”

I really doubt that judge will let her off with two weeks served. Lindsay skipped out on court mandated alcohol classes. And at one appearance, she was really late.
Lindsay, in my opinion, has basically been thumbing her nose at the judge. There was one court appearance she was supposed to show up, but we all knew she was in France on a yacht “working”. Since when is partying on a yacht work? Oh yes, remember on that yacht she has her passport stolen? The girl should’ve gone to the consulate and got a temporary passport to go home! I mean what a moron!
All she seemed to do recently is just make one excuse or another for her actions. And the judge threw the book at her. Which I say was the greatest thing I saw that judge do. And both her parents, especially her mother, just let her off with nothing. Dina in my opinion, is such an enabler! A mother should let her child know she has to be at different places at certain times. And what did she do when she skipped out on seven to nine classes or many of the other screw ups she’s done!? She never reprimanded Lindsay!
Oh and in the case of her ester Ali, I feel sorry for her for having a train wreck for a sister.
