Lynda Carter: Finds Body
Lynda Carter, known for her Wonder Woman role, got a bit of a surprise when she was rowing on the Potomac River in Washington.
On Wednesday, Carter,56, discovered a body face down near where she was canoeing and immediately notified nearby boaters. She asked the nearby boaters to call 911 since she didn’t have her cell phone and paramedics attempted CPR when they arrived, but it was too late.
The body was identified as 47-year-old Helen Johnstone who is believed to have slipped and fallen into the water while hiking on a nearby trail.
Man, what a crappy way to end a canoe trip!
Wow. This is a trip. Carter has not been in the news for years… and all of a sudden this is how her name comes up? I guess it could happen to anybody.
