Madonna and Guy Ritchie: Granted Preliminary Divorce
After seven and a half years of marriage, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been granted a divorce and he’s not getting a single cent.
Ritchie and the Material Girl were granted a “quickie divorce” in London after Madonna said in a sworn statement that the divorce is because of Guy’s “unreasonable behavior.” (Did he give the kids tap water instead of the official kabbalah water?)
As long as their are no disputes in the next six weeks, the decree will become absolute and the union will be over.
Ritchie, for his part, is glad to get thing over with even if he’s not getting any of her $600 million fortune.
“It was never about money – never about her bloody art collection. I just wanted to settle it and move on.”
Sons Rocco, 8, and David ,3, will split time between their parents in New York and London. Madonna’s daughter Lourdes, 12, will live with her mother.
So who do you think Madonna will hook-up with next? A-Rod is a little too obvious.
Her history includes Sean Penn, Warren Beatty, Vanilla Ice and Dennis Rodman among others. I’ll vote for Carrot Top.
