Madonna and Guy Ritchie: Splitsville

Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been fighting divorce rumors for years but this time it may be true. It looks like the two are getting ready to duke it out in court and have seeked out the divorce lawyers to prove it.

Madonna has been talking to Fiona Shackleton who represented Sir Paul McCartney in his recent divorce and was praised for letting his ex Heather Mills only get a small part of his fortune. While she isn’t a billionaire like the former Beatle, she still has a reported net worth in the $300-$650 million range and I’m sure wants to hold on to it.

Ritchie on the other hand has been seeking advice from a lesser-known firm in London, Forsters, in an attempt to be prepared to fight when the divorce proceedings begin.

The couple have been married for seven years and have fought the rumors of a divorce multiple times before but this time it looks like it might be real.

“They want to make the marriage work, but they are at a stalemate,” a source tells The Sun. “Divorce is something they have thought about.”
