Matt Damon: Sarah Palin As President- “Terrifying Possibility”
Matt Damon is not a fan of VP candidate Sarah Palin and he’s not afraid to say so. In a new interview in the Associated Press, Damon labels Senator John McCain’s running mate as a “disaster” and the chance of her being President as a “terrifying possibilty“.
““I think there’s a really good chance Sarah Palin could become president, and I think that’s a really scary thing….I don’t understand why more people aren’t talking about how absurd it is.
Damon goes on to say that John McCain not living out his term is a very real possibility given his health problems and Palin as President would not be a good thing.
It’s like a really bad Disney movie. The hockey mom, you know, ‘Oh, I’m just a hockey mom from Alaska’…and she’s facing down President Putin [of Russia].
I think that pick [Sarah Palin] was for political purposes. But in terms of governance it’s a disaster.”

Matt, like all the other Hollywood stars, is blind to what the average American is going through. Sorry, but we are struggling to make ends meet while our gov’t is passing earmarks and working to make themselves rich instead of addressing the issues. We see a Congress that is spending money like crazy (like a Hollywood star) while lining their own pockets. Fundraising is legal bribery, along with lobbyist corruption, and earmarks that go right back to the politician. We are sick of it. Palin has cleaned up Alaska, we want her to clean up Washington. It’s time we had someone with ethics there. It’s been a long, long time. And, finally, Matt is a male, chauvinist pig!!!
