Michelle Obama: $30,000 Thank-You Ring From Barack
Barack Obama is reportedly so appreciative of his wife Michelle’s support during the recent campaign that he decided to present her with a $30,000 ring to say thanks.
Above is a picture of the Harmony ring which is made of rhodium, the world’s most expensive metal, and is encrusted with diamonds.
Italian designer Giovanni Bosco was asked for a quote for the ring which is rumored to be on Michelle’s finger for the inauguration ceremony in January.
According to the spokesman, Obama reportedly asked about the ring, quote, “because he wants it as a thank you gift for his wife Michelle for her support the last two years.”
Not only will everyone be looking at what she’s wearing, they’ll really be focused in on her finger to see if the costly ring will be there.
I wonder who I have to support for two years to get a ring like that…
