Miley Cyrus - Asian Mockery Picture

February 3, 2009

I guess Miley Cyrus is going to have to learn the hard way. After a week that involved wardrobe malfunctions, side boob slips, Miley is being shown with her boyfriend Justin Gaston stretching their eyes back, a common gesture used to mock Asian people.

uh, considering there’s an asian guy right in the picture, i’m assuming this was a joke & not meant to be racist.

or maybe that asian dude is just a little bitch.

    3. MissV on February 13th, 2009 1:44 am

they all look like trash. its disgusting that blatant racism is shown by those losers and everyone is to accept it as a joke.

she’s a talentless hack and this just proves what a spoiled brat she is.

I don’t understand who the f*** this girl thinks she is. All these young teens are the only reason she’s famous, and pretty soon she’ll just end up being another has-been. You know why I know this? This girl can’t act worth a damn and can’t sing worth a shit. The only reason she’s even famous is because of big ol’ country singer daddy who just had the right hooks. She. Is. Worthless. She’s a new factor into why most young girls these days grow up so slutty and unethical. Sure Britney and Paris had a lot to do with it, but hey! Guess whats up!! They’re all adults. For Christs sake Cyrus is how old? Sixteen?

I can’t wait till she tears herself to shreds.

The asian guy should stretch his eyes vertical so he can have round eyes and make a mockery of white people.

    6. Charley on February 14th, 2009 4:33 am

I’m more offended by the guy with the hand over his mouth than the kids pretending to have slanted eyes. Slanted eyes are cool. When I was a kid I always wanted them. I wanted to be unique. Miley is going to have to learn that nothing she does is ever going to be right. That’s the life of a celeb. My son is half asian and I would hope that something like this wouldn’t offend him if he were at a party with a group of friends. It would be really funny if the asian guy set them up and said ‘hey wouldn’t it be funny if you all took a picture and pretended to be asian like me’ then he went out and sold the pics to the tabloids. <— not saying that that’s what happened but that’s what it looks like.

Dude im not even asian but i think what she did just crossed the line. Yea we might have all done what shes done at some point in our lives but come on, she’s suppose to be a role model, lately she’s been acting like a hoe posting nude pictures of herself online and now this comes up. I dont ever want my childrens to watch her show ever again. For all those who dislike miley cyrus, i think we should all boycott her show and songs, cause im tired of people feeding her money when she sucks at acting and singing.

      It’s a shame that she’s even associated with Disney…
If I were Walt Disney, I would turn over in my grave.

Uncultured, uneducated, and unsophisticated… those are what Miley Cyrus represents.

    9. The Truth on February 15th, 2009 8:29 am

Omg there’s an asian in the damn photo…that’s just greedy ass people that can’t take a joke… people like the organization charging her and the people that still take any somewhat of a slurl as such a racial hostility are the reason why racism still overcomes the country

    10. Maxx taner on February 17th, 2009 9:42 am

my kids watch her show but now they will not isn’t a role model suppose too be prodigal. She is a know body I would never look @ her as a role model. She is only famous because of her fan….

lol haha people get so worked up over dumb stuff. There is an asian dude in the picture! and I have a friend who is of asian decent and we have a photo of us that looks similar to this one. I’d crack and asian joke and he’d throw back a white joke. It’s all just a bunch of fun. Maybe some people take is offensively but I think that racism is behind the meaning. When I slant my eyes at my friend or he calls me a cracker it’s all good because we know that we mean no harm by it. but if i was arguing with an asian and slanted my eyes or he called me a cracker its disrespect and racist because my intent behind it was miliscious. Cut the girl some slack, dang. how would you feel having to be perfect for an entire world?! plus she’s 16. How did you act at 16?!! oh and whoever this girl is giving her photos to… she needs to stop cause being dumb like that is a big reason she gets into these kinds of situations. She has talent and works hard. Back off. If you could have made that much money at 16, you would not be getting mad at her.

    12. Ricky Daniels on February 18th, 2009 1:14 am

miley cyrus is an immature jerk. i’m half Chinese. i take so much offense to this.anyone who participates in racism should go to therapy.

    13. hey on March 3rd, 2009 3:29 am

I think all you people who are down Miley are haters she isn’t doing anything that any other sixteen year old girls is doing. I took goofy pictures with my friends in our swimsuits and stuff like that and I see girls walking down the street dressed worst then Miley she is sixteen, and for all of yall who say she is only famous because of her dad are just mad because ain’t nobody trying to put yall sorry asses on T.V. You guys are parents and you want to blame everyone else for the way your children are growing up Miley is not your house that is all your fault for the things your kids do so grow up and take responsibility for your own damn children.

    14. Nicole on March 22nd, 2009 8:34 pm

i’m pretty sure Miley didn’t mean for this do be racism or something.
and she apologized about the “nude” photos….just forgive and forget!!
everyone knows how paparazzi r…they lie and r very annoying 2 famous ppl!!
but, she shouldn’t have done this (even though other ppl probably have), but ppl shouldn’t really make a big deal out of this…she is just 16, so she doesn’t really know better…..it’s not like she’s 26 or 36, where someone that age KNOWS better!!!!!!!
      just give her a break!!
      she’s just human…………like US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    15. Michelle H. on April 3rd, 2009 8:49 pm

You are all dumb. As an individual of asian descent myself, I can state
that I have been made fun of numerous times. BIG F-IN DEAL!!! If you
are so sensitive about a photo that had nothing to do with you (Miley
doesn’t even know you exist) then you should really grow up. Everyone
always gets teased for something, if its not the asian thing, its
somethin else. Dont be so damn sensitive and leave the poor girl alone.
She’s only 16 and she deserves to have some fun without people like you
giving her crap all the time for it! You did stupid stuff when you were
little, how would like to be taunted about it in the media day after daya?
Why dont these people get angry about real issues, like the economy, our
poor health care system, and war? Let Miley be an teen!!!

    16. Christina on April 10th, 2009 7:00 pm

People make up excuses for her saying that she’s young but give me a break. At her age, anyone should know what is racist and don’t tell me you were actually that stupid when you were a teenager. She should know better and her parents should have taught her better on how she should act and what could be seen in public. to say that there is an Asian in the photo is a poor excuse, why even make a racist joke in the first place. Obviously she’s freely disrespecting Asians and the fact that she has an Asian “friend” doesn’t faze her one bit on what’s appropriate and what’s not. It doesn’t matter what your job and background is, there’s no excuse to being insensitive and making racist jokes whether it’s said or done physically other then the fact your a racist and looking for an excuse like age and friends to show it and hoping to get away with it unnoticed.

    17. Christina on April 10th, 2009 7:06 pm

Also even if you’re young, that’s still no excuse. It wouldn’t have been right if anyone of us made a racist joke anyway. “All sixteen year old’s act this way” is a stupid excuse, obviously parents and teachers aren’t doing something right then if this is considered normal and acceptable at any age.
