Miley Cyrus must be kicking herself for taking so many inappropriate pictures on her phone because now even more have been leaked onto the internet.
A hacker was able to access Cyrus’ cell phone memory and then posted the stolen pictures on digitalgangster.com. The hacker supposedly has more pictures and is trying to make a quick buck from them.
you all really need to get a life and leave hers alone. sure shes only fifteen, but its her cell phone. why dont yall just give her a break?

I’ll say it again, its not unusual that a teenage girl or boy takes pictures of themselves (not always clean) on a cell phone. However, I feel no sympathy for her that these photos were leaked. She’s seen the same thing happen to many celebrities before. She knows she’s famous, she knows what she was doing, and she knew what could possibly have (and did) happen. Bottom line she should have known better.
You guys have serious problems. Do you really have nothing better to do than hack some 15 year old’s phone? some of you people are complete idiots. First, to “Hayley” What do you mean that’s not what 15 year old girls do? you must not know too many 15 year old girls. I lost my virginity at age 13, and had more sex between the ages of 13 - 17 than I have from 18 - 21(probably because I’ll only have sex with girls of a legal age now that I’m an adult). Teenagers are horny and full of hormones, however this picture has nothing to do with either.
To anyone that says this is “child pronography” you people need to check out a dictionary or something. This is in no way or shape “porn”.
Even if she were fully nude, it wouldn’t be considered porn. Only if she were striking a “sexy” pose, or posed in such a way as to be sexual in nature would it be illegal. You can be photographed nude at any age, and it is legal and not wrong at all so long as 2 conditions are met. 1) There is nothing of any “sexual nature” and the pose is not meant to arouse anyone. and 2) The picture is not published in a way that is meant to be sexual, or to cause anyone to be aroused.
Nudity does not equal sex or porn. Ask ANY nudist and they will tell you being naked isn’t a sexual thing in itself. Go to any nudist website and there are pictures of nudists of all ages. Why are they not shut down? Because there’s nothing illegal going on. Only a sick and twisted pervert would go to a family oriented nudist website (or nudist beach,resort,etc) with the intent to become sexually aroused.
I’m sure Miley did not have this picture taken with the intent to cause arousal to anyone,as she’s A) not posing with any hint of sexuality and B) She’s not even naked.
It’s an innocent picture that was never meant to be put out on the web. Unfortunatley there are sick sick bastards that think any picture of someone under the age of 18 is sexual, and those pedophiles should be burned at the stake.
Also take note that Miley is now 16, and in Michigan, as well as several other states, 16 is the age of consent for sex,which would make her an adult as far as sex acts and the law are concerned. Although she would need parental consent to appear in porn(and she would need to be 17) she can,however, have sex with whomever she wants(as long as she’s in one of the states with an age of consent of 16).
Despite popular OPINION, you do not have to be 18 to legally have sex everywhere in the country, There are only a small handful of states that require you to be 18 to have intercourse. Most states are Sex at 16 or 17, cigarettes at 18,and alcohol at 21.
There is no FEDERAL age of consent,it’s done by state and only each individual state sets that age(if you don’t believe me, do some actual research,hell look up the wiki on age of consent)
Actually Hayley this is not child pornography, in order for it to constitute child pornography it must include two things. For one she must be naked, either partially or gratuistsly, and she most be doing type of sexually explicit act, this does not fall under niether of those perameters, so ma’am your are factually incorrect. However, these photos are rather untasteful, and she should be more careful with things of this nature: yet it is also wrong for you to condem her for her actions, if you do not believe that a great abundance of teenagers are doing this, or have done so in the past, you are living in a world of delusion set in a 1950’s sitcom.

Here is what I don’t get: if Miley took these pictures, that don’t actually show a single part of her anatomy that wouldn’t be appropriate center stage at a G rated concert, on her phone and someone hacked it, people should be more concerned that personal documents can be stolen quite easily from your phone. She didn’t leak any photos, and while you may not want racy photos to be taken, there is a HUGE difference between pictures that were taken and pictures that were released.
