Model Heather Stohler: Died in Fire

Former Calvin Klein model, Heather Stohler, died of smoke inhalation after she and her boyfriend were pulled from their burning Indiana apartment.

Firefighters were called to the Vincennes, Indiana home Sunday morning but by the time they got there, three-fourths of the building was burned beyond salvage. Investigators say the cause of the fire was pans left on the stove while the stove was on. There were no working smoke detectors in the apartment which led to a tragic end to two lives.

Heather Stohler, 29, died Sunday and her boyfriend, Daniel Risley,26, died Tuesday morning.

Heather was featured in Calvin Klein ads and worked with Kate Moss on the campaign.
