New Kids On The Block Reunion

New Kids On The Block Reunion

Apparently members of New Kids On The Block are all desperate for money, as they’ve decided to stage a reunion tour.

I guess they’re looking to cash in after the mega successful Spice Girls comeback? Somehow I’m thinking the reception might not be the same.

The band’s website is now back up and running, in anticipation of the official announcement, which still hasn’t been made. The New Kids are now in their late 30’s, and I’m sorry but isn’t this just a really bizarre idea? Are they going to play shopping malls? Who in the hell would pay money to see this?

I would pay to go see them and so would every woman who was a New kids fan. Hey, its all about personal preferance! I wouldnt pay money to see alot of groups, but what does that mean??? I was a HUGE fan and I for one am thrilled about the possibility:-) For the record many many ticket companies are already talking about these tickets being red hot, and I dont think red hot tickets mean shopping mall but hey I could be wrong! they will prove so many people wrong, just wait! They have more fans than people may realize.

It’s all about nostalgia. NKOTB represents a time in my life that was carefree & great times with my friends! Like them, I am now in my 30s, and I know that I could easily round-up a bus full of my friends to go see them in concert. I’m looking forward to hearing confirmation of a reunion!

I would most definitely support a reunion! I never had the chance to see them in concert back in the day. I think it would be a beautiful and fun get-together, plus it will be an awesome chance to showcase their amazing talents as artists. Yes, they are artists - don’t let the hype fool you. Every single one of those guys are talented.

I loved NKOTB from the time I was 12 years old until I turned 20. Although I’ve had different musical tastes since then, it’s refreshing to hear about them reuniting. In fact, I’m more and more excited about it because hearing their music brings joy to my heart. With the recent heartache I’ve been experiencing lately, hearing about their return to the music scene is just a blessing from God.

I am a true DIE HARD fan and proud of it. People who are negative are just jealous. Get over it. I think they will surprise everyone and people will be eating there words. NKOTB still Rocks the World

Who wrote this? lol Reunions usually happen years later, of course they’re older. You have entertainers who perform into their 70s (eg Frank Sinatra)

It’s about having fun, not topping anything or trying to prove anything.

The fans have been pushing for this, which helped encouraged the reunion to happen - they’re not broke, are you kidding me?

Reunions happen. Not everyone likes every band. I think what you wrote shows you’re either 15… or igorant of anyone elses likes besides you’re own.

    ;)

I have been a fan since 1985 and I still am. I think it is a great idea for them to get back together and I think you would be eating your words when you say that noone would pay to see them. There are millions of fans everywhere that have been waiting years for a reunion and we would all pay to see them sing again. No it will not be the same as it was before. I am sure that any material they would come out with now would reflect who they are today, but I guarantee that fans would still love them still!!

I WOULD DEFINATELY GO TO THIS CONCERT AND I WOULD PAY MONEY. I WENT BACK IN 1990, AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT MUCH FUN AGAIN.

I am so excited. As soon as tickets are going on sale, I will get it. I been their fan since 1989 when I was 11 and still are. They are alway my number 1 favorite guy band. NKOTB RULZ Forever

They definitely aren’t hurting for money. First of all, like Boyz II Men, they all wisely invested their millions in different things, including businesses. Jonathan is a real estate developer who owns multiple properties, including entire buildings. Jordan owns his own recording studio and still records his own music. Danny has his own record label. Donny has a successful acting career. Joe still records music, has been on Broadway, and co-owns a nightclub. So, while they certainly aren’t making the kind of money they made in the past, they used the millions they earned wisely and have been doing just fine. Did it ever dawn on you that they just want to get back into the musical limelight to see what will happen?

Um hellloooo!!! Do you know how huge they were back when?? Heck yeah would me and all my friends go see them just because they are NKOTB!!! I can’t wait!!!
