Nick Bollea: Hogan’s Son Out Of Solitary Confinement

June 6, 2008

Nick Bollea
As reported recently, Nick Bollea began his eight month jail sentence on a rough note by being stuck in solitary confinement. His calls home were released and he was heard crying to his mom and dad about the severity of the punishment. (Like any good Hollywood son, Bollea is suing the sheriff’s office for releasing the tapes of his jail conversations.)

Bollea’s lawyers tried to pull the “cruel and unusual punishment” card at Tuesday’s trial but the judge denied the move out of solitary confinement. Bollea was then moved to a cell with three other juveniles but it’s only because the housing assignments are constantly reviewed because of the ever changing jail population.

I’m sure this isn’t the last we’ll hear from the spoiled teen. Next, it’ll probably be the quality of the food or lack of a soft pillow that he’ll be complaining about.
