Nicole is singing a new tune

After a long 82 minute stay in jail, Nicole Richie has decided to work on her “alleged” album. And yesterday, photographers caught the all black wearing Richie leaving a studio where she was taking voice lessons.

No word yet if she has started recording or even what record company is producing it.
