Nicole Richie Already Out of Jail
Nicole Richie checked herself into Lynwood Correctional Facility yesterday to begin serving her 4-day sentence. However, instead of serving her 96 hours, she was released after only an hour and 22 minutes. The County Sheriff issued this statement:
On August 23 2007, at 3:15 PM Miss Nicole Camille Richie reported to CRDF and surrendered herself following a July 27 arrest, she was sentenced to serve 96 hours in County Jail. Miss Richie was accompanied by her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley and her boyfriend Joel Madden. Miss Richie was booked and processed into the jail system. Miss Richie was cooperative during the process. Based on her sentence and federal court guidelines, Miss Richie was released at 4:37 PM today.
It takes me longer than that to get a seat at freaking Applebees. WTF? Using this messed-up Los Angeles justice system math, Lindsay Lohan not only WON’T serve her 1 day in jail, but will most likely be thrown an extravagant party with balloons and presents and shit just because she intended to go. This town is ridiculous. I’m moving to Ohio.
I think I’d rather spend 82 minutes at Lynwood then Applebees. Unless if its all you can eat riblets…mmmmmmmm….riblets….

I get arrested for punching a cop & I get 55 days. What a bunch of crap. Its not like I was driving a 2 ton fist that could actually kill someone……Or was I???
