Paris Hilton doing some good

While other celebs are busted for DUI charges, or are caught cleaning up dog poo with expensive designer dresses the “reformed” Paris Hilton is trying to turn around her image by attending a friends charity gala to raise funds for children with spinal cord injuries.

“It’s a great organization,” Hilton told People magazine at Sunday’s Life Rolls On Foundation’s 4th annual Night By the Ocean auction. “It gives people hope and I’m really happy to be here to support Jesse.” One of Hilton’s close friends Jesse Billauer a former pro surfer founded Life Rolls On after being paralyzed.

Hilton donated $17,500 in exchange for a surfing lesson with Jesse Billauer and Adam Sandler. Talk was also on Hilton’s black and white dress which was created by a 19-year old fashion student she met when he helped pump her gas.

“He said he loved me and my style and showed me 30 dresses he designed just for me. I was amazed by how incredibly talented he was,” Hilton said of designer Jonathan Bash.

Paris also told reporters: “I was just at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital visiting all of the kids and premature babies in the cancer ward,” she said Sunday. “I met with philanthropists and they’re doing a summit with five major charities and we’ll be doing stuff all over the world. I’m excited.”

Wow, Paris really is trying to clean up her image. But don’t let this newfound goodness fool you. Paris Hilton has still been frequenting many night clubs, which means she still can’t give up her partying lifestyle, meaning Paris Hilton isn’t so much different after all.
